Pause. Re-frame. Ask yourself: Will it really matter if I respond to this survey tomorrow instead of today? What if I never reply at all? Will my voice shift the outcome? Will it matter to me?

Ask yourself these questions the next time you get a LinkedIn connection request, write a Facebook comment, a fleeting notification.

There’s nothing wrong with engaging but our energy, attention, and emotions should align with the real weight of the task. Not every prompt is worth your attention.

We only have so many hours in the day. Let’s reserve the bulk for what truly matters: meaningful work, deep conversations, rest, movement, nourishment.
